About Bow and arrow
[edit]Mr. Richard Keatinge, Gungdo is suspicious imitation. There is no history in Gungdo. The old bow is not saved in Korea. For these years of hundreds of, the bow did not exist in Korea. They imitated Kyūdō of Japan, and fabricated existence of a lie called "Gundo" recently. The bow as hardware which they have said as "Korean tradition" is Mongolian's copy. And the form of "Kyūdō" was imitated by Korea as a software. Please watch these videos. OKLR (talk) 21:57, 31 January 2012 (UTC)
- Thank you. We have verified that the use of the bow and arrow is ancient in Korea, and we also have a reference for continuous use to modern times. The article also mentions that the modern Korean bow is a version of the Eurasian composite bow. I hope that you do not object to other countries imitating or using elements of Japanese culture?
